Here are 5 easy tips to keep your swimsuit looking fabulous for so much longer.
Alternating between swimsuits is a must. If your swimsuits are only being worn half the time, they will last longer because of it!
This sounds strange, right? But if you soak your swimsuit with clean water first, it will absorb less of the chlorinated or salt water while you’re swimming. So before taking a dip in the pool or ocean take a quick shower to help keep your bikini in good shape.
Skip the washing machine and wash your swimsuit by hand. This will lengthen the lifespan significantly, and it’s actually pretty quick and easy to do!

DON’T dry it in the sun. The sun destroys the colour in your swimsuits and causes them to fade quickly.
DON’T dry it in a tumble dryer. This can cause the fabric to stretch and/or tear.
DON’T hang it up to dry. The weight of the water could stretch it out of shape.
DON’T wring out your swimwear. This can cause the fabric to stretch. rolling it up in a towel and gently squeezing out any excess water.
The BEST WAY to dry your swimsuit is to roll it up in a towel, gently squeezing out any excess water and lay it out flat (indoors or in the shade) and allow it to air dry.
Harsh and rough surfaces can pull and damage the fine fabric of your bikini bottoms. So make sure you sit on a towel when you are lounging pool side or hanging out on the wooden parts of a Jacuzzi.
