Returns & Exchanges
Mademoiselle Nini is proud to provide you with a quality product and hope you are fully satisfied with the items you received. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1) If you would like to return or exchange item(s), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of delivery/collection, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason(s).
2) After receiving the return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. You will need to cover the cost of the return postage/courier.
1) If you would like to return or exchange item(s) please contact us within 2 days of delivery/collection and you need to return the item(s) within 7 days.
2) Due to the intimate nature thereof, the following item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimwear.
3) Returned item(s) must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4) Sale and/or Clearance items and free gifts cannot be returned and/or refunded.
5) You will need to cover the cost of the return postage/courier.
Out of Stock
Should the item(s) which you have purchased be out of stock, we will give you the following options:
1) A refund or store credit.
2) The opportunity to pick another item that is the same value.
3) Inform you of the lead time of when new stock of the same item(s) will be available for delivery.
Refunds or Store Credit will only be issued if the item was not in stock or due to a manufacturers defect. Once your refund or store credit has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
